What We Do
An exterior paint job in Nebraska is not the same as an exterior paint job in Arizona. Our homes deal with brutal temperature swings, ice, snow, hail, summer humidity, and intense sun, sometimes all in the same week. Paint that isn't applied on a properly prepped surface with the right products will crack, peel, and fade fast. We see it constantly on houses where someone cut corners on the prep or used the wrong primer for the substrate.
Our exterior process starts with a full inspection of your home's surfaces. We're looking at the condition of the siding, trim, soffits, fascia, gutters, window frames, and any wood or composite that needs attention. Then we power wash, scrape loose paint, sand, fill cracks, caulk gaps, and prime bare or problem areas. All of that happens before we open a single can of topcoat. It's the most time-consuming part of the job and it's the reason our finishes last.
We paint siding, trim, soffits, fascia, gutters, doors, garage doors, decks, fences, and anything else on the exterior of your home. We use Sherwin-Williams exterior products that are formulated for climates like ours. We also keep a close eye on weather conditions and won't paint when temperatures or humidity are outside the product's application window. Rushing a job to beat the forecast is how you get paint failure, and that's not something we're willing to put our name on.
