The surfaces are different, the scale is different, the timelines are tighter, and the space usually can't shut down for a week while we work. We get that. Gladiators Painting handles commercial projects across the Omaha metro with the same attention to detail we bring to residential work, but with the flexibility and efficiency that business owners and property managers need.
We paint offices, retail stores, restaurants, apartment complexes, common areas, medical facilities, and pretty much any commercial space that needs interior or exterior work. That includes drywall finishing, epoxy floors, accent walls, exterior repaints, parking structure touch-ups, and tenant improvement buildouts.
We also understand that downtime costs you money. That's why we offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends when needed. We can phase projects so parts of your space stay operational while we work on others. And we show up when we say we're going to show up. Commercial clients don't have time for contractors who disappear for three days and then show up unannounced.
